Project 2: English Numbers To Kannada Numerals Converter

 Aim of the project is to develop a program which converts the input numbers into the verbal or linguistic expression of Kannada for the purpose of Text To Speech software. Eg. If input is the number 369963 then output must be mūru lakshada arawattoMbattu sāwirada oMbāynūraa arawatmūru.

The project analysis the morphophonemics exclusively in the domain of the numerals and develops the adequate rules to convert the number input to verbal or linguistic expression up to 21 digit number. Moreover, project identifies the finite set of lexical items and finite set of morphological rules required to generate the linguistic forms in Kannada for infinite set of numbers.
